Tennis Season in Full Swing

With the tennis season in full swing, sport related injuries start to become an increasing pain. This year the Wimbledon championship runs from 24th June to 7th July. The odds on Wimbledon aren’t looking too good with the early exit of both Roger Federer and Jo-Wilfried Tsonga. Nadal also exited in the first round. Don’t let the odds be against you too when it comes to sporting.

Bowen could be the solution to your sporting pains. Strains and aches through playing sports? Suffering from discomfort and muscle problems? Bowen is the gentle non-invasive therapy through small, rolling movements using only the amount of pressure appropriate for that individual.

Bowen can be used to ease those sporting strains and aches. A client testimonial related to a hamstring injury/strain states that with each Bowen treatment they felt a noticeable decrease of pain. This client said “after one more Bowen session, I will have almost full resolution”.

Another problem that Bowen can help to relieve is the aptly named tennis elbow. Tennis elbow can result in pain during exercise. One client said that after Bowen therapy that “All joints feel like new!”

So as the Wimbledon championship draws to a close take a look into Bowen therapy so you can start exercising without any aches and strains. Visit their website for more information: http://www.bowentherapy.org.uk/
