Combat your smoking stress the natural way


Quitting smoking comes with all sorts of problems, like finding an alternative to relieving that stress. Stoptober is the national challenge to stop smoking for the 28 days of October. While there are all sorts of products to help you quit for Stoptober, there is a natural alternative too, Bowen Therapy.
